How to transform emotions and sickness with a Smile

It was only when I learned how to self-clear negative emotions (frustration, hurt, disappointment, fear, anger, sadness, grief...) that I learned it was possible to get rid of symptoms without having to take medication or supplements. What a revelation! 

After having been virtually house-bound for 5 years with chronic fatigue, I got myself well, just by self-clearing my emotions!

According to ancient Chinese philosophy, humans lose their energy  (life force or 'Qi') and consequently 'damage' themselves in a number of ways.

One way is by:

Breaking the laws of life

We can either live in accordance with the 'Tao' (the way of truth, nature and life) or go against it. 

Fortunately and intelligently, the universe is a self-regulating system, which is built to ensure harmony is maintained. This macrocosm of intelligence is also mirrored inside us through the law of 'macrocosm and microcosm' (humans being a miniature version of the universe).

Without realizing or understanding it, many people are continually or ongoingly 'breaking' certain 'laws of life'. 

As we know in society, when we break a law (and we get caught) there are consequences!

And so it is when we break our own personal laws of life.

For example, if we break the laws of health, there will be health consequences.

Unfortunately in our modern, busy, technological, imbalanced, greed-driven world, we have become very out of touch with both the natural world and our own true nature. We have forgotten that we are part of nature. 

The consequences of this are unhappiness, sickness and many life problems, both on a personal and global scale.

If we look at things from a personal perspective, what are some of the laws you may be breaking and ways you may be going against your own true nature?

One very common way is:

Unhealthy lifestyle habits

There are a multitude of unhealthy habits which damage your wellbeing. Here are just a few which you may recognize:

  • working too hard
  • not taking care of yourself
  • rushing or skipping meals
  • going to bed too late
  • poor sleep
  • ignoring your needs and putting others first all the time
  • not being true to yourself
  • not speaking your truth with others
  • tolerating unacceptable treatment from others
  • not taking enough time to rest or have time out
  • not taking time to de-stress through regular selfcare practices (meditation, yoga, qigong etc)
  • and many more

Even more than this, we can have many habits which we have become so accustomed to, we don't even know they are unhealthy!

For example, do you know that it is not normal to be stressed and unhappy?

Do you know that your natural state is to experience complete inner peace, harmony, stillness and joy?

Do you know this? And is this your current experience?

If it isn't your current experience, would you like it to be? Do you even believe it's possible?

This is why it is a truism to say 'what is natural has become unnatural, and what is unnatural has become natural'.

We are living so far removed from our 'True Nature' that we have forgotten what it is... to the point we don't even know it exists and may not remember what it feels like!

Unhealthy Emotions 

Another very common unhealthy habit we have, which is so common it's considered the norm (ie the unnatural has become natural), is to ongoingly experience negative emotions.

Negative emotions drain our energy and have a negative biological, physiological effect on the organs and tissues inside our body. Negative emotions damage our wellbeing and are a major cause of symptoms and illness. This is why it is true to say that 'dis-ease' builds up to become 'disease'.

Knowing this, wouldn't you want to take better care of your emotions? Wouldn't you want to know how to clear toxic emotions from your body-mind so they don't build up in your body to become illness?

How emotions become pain and fatigue

Many years ago I had no idea of the power of negative emotions to turn into symptoms. No idea!

When I was diagnosed with depression in my late 20's, I didn't know it was because I was unconsciously 'de-pressing' the negative feelings I didn't want to deal with.

When I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) in my 30's, I didn't know it was because I was using all my energy to hold those emotions inside, like holding a basketball underwater. 

It was only when I learned how to self-clear negative emotions (frustration, hurt, disappointment, fear, anger, sadness, grief...) that I learned it was possible to get rid of symptoms without having to take medication or supplements. What a revelation!

After having been virtually house-bound for 5 years with chronic fatigue, I got myself well, just by self-clearing my emotions!

Since then I have dedicated myself to learning about emotions, what they are, where they are stored inside the body, how they are generated inside the body, what causes them, their higher intelligence and purpose. I have studied emotions in depth.

I've also helped hundreds of people learn how to become more emotionally masterful, so they can improve their health and wellbeing. There is nothing more satisfying and empowering than knowing how to take care of your own health!

Clearing emotions with a Smile

One of the first techniques I used to self-clear emotions was the Inner Smile meditation. It was life-changing. I cannot begin to describe the transformation I experienced by learning and applying this technique. It literally revolutionized my understanding of myself from the inside out.
