When I was ill and seeking for solutions to chronic physical symptoms which no-one seemed to be able to help me with, I tried over 250 therapies, as well as conventional doctors and specialists.

After years of searching I discovered that whilst food is important and will make a difference, the biggest cause of illness had NOTHING to do with what I ate.

Instead, I discovered it was all about my THOUGHTS, MY EMOTIONS, MY LIFESTYLE HABITS as well as PAST TRAUMA. This sent me on a whole new trajectory to heal, and I did indeed heal multiple chronic symptoms and illnesses (CFS, asthma, allergies, UTI's, recurring back pain, anxiety, clinical depression and more).

Here is the path of health freedom which my clients follow to clear their symptoms of chronic illness within weeks or a few months. Over 13 years it has proven to work again and again.

I share this because again and again I see people in specialist health forums asking 'what food shall I / shan't I eat?'... 'what supplement should I take?'... what blood tests should I have...'?

They are COMPLETELY missing the point if they think that food is the root cause of symptoms. It's not!

If your body is unable to digest food, it's because of the underlying chronic stress caused by how you think, feel and behave.

Get to the root cause, clear it, and the body will self-heal.

Don't waste years of your life (like I did) barking up the wrong tree.
