Who is Kim?
Hi! A quick introduction: I've been helping people solve their life problems (chronic physical symptoms, depression, anxiety, mental and emotional wellbeing) since 2006, after healing myself from clinical depression, chronic anxiety and multiple health problems, including ME and chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), which left me unable to work for nearly 10 years.
It was a long journey to get well, which was a blessing in disguise, as it's given me the ability to distill everything I learned into a much quicker solution time for clients.
I'm a huge proponent of teaching people how 'to do it for themselves' along the lines of 'give a man a fish and he'll eat for a meal, teach him how to fish and he'll eat for a lifetime' - hence my motto 'self-care - a revolution in healthcare'.
