Who is Kim and what is the EAA (Emotional Alchemy Academy)?
Hi! I'd like to briefly introduce myself and tell you a little about how I help people with their emotional / mental health.
I've been delving into the topic of 'emotions' for over 30 years now, since I was first diagnosed with anxiety and depression in my late 20's.
Then in my 30's I was diagnosed with CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome), and was unable to work for nearly 10 years, which led me a long journey to discover the cause of symptoms, and ultimately this led me back to emotions.
Since then I have healed myself of CFS, depression, anxiety, chronic back pain, allergies, asthma and a host of other symptoms, and a big part of this healing was due to understanding the role that unresolved, unexpressed, unaddressed, unacknowledged emotions played in creating stress, trauma and illness. The bottom line is, if you don't control your negative emotions, they will control you!
I have done over 20,000 hours of training in multiple cutting-edge modalities, many of which focus on the self-mastery of emotions. Out of this has been built the 'Emotional Alchemy Academy', a 7 level system of training leading to full mastery (transcendence) of negative emotions.
