The Company provides this privacy statement to explain what information is gathered during a visit to the Site and how such information may be used.
This addendum is written on 25 May 2018 as a result of the new EU GDPR compliance regulations which come into effect on this day.

Third party sharing
Personally identifiable information is never sold or leased to any third parties. The Company will never share your information with any third party without your consent. Your details, including your name, email address and any other contact information are solely for the use of Kim Knight Health in communicating with you via email enewsletter or the internal online program announcements.
The Company may disclose user information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference (either intentionally or unintentionally) with the Company’s rights or property, other users of the Site, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.
Choice/Opt-Out:
The Site may provide you the opportunity to opt-in to receive communications from us at the point where we request information about you. For example, when you first sign up to the site for a program or product, whether free or paid, you will be asked for certain details, including name and email address, and also country and billing details if relevant.
You always have the option of removing your name from any e-mail list in order to discontinue any such future communications. The 'unsubscribe' option is always located at the bottom of every email communication.
All programs also include occasional announcements of updates or special events which you can choose to opt in or out of. Please note that if you unsubscribe from a program announcement update, this means you will no longer be notified of any new updates or additional material added to that program!
In order to ensure immediate removal from any list, please follow the specific instructions set forth within the communications you receive from the Company which you no longer wish to receive.
If you are unsuccessful in completing the instructions specified in any such communication, please e-mail [email protected], including a copy of the undesired email attached to the request, and state you wish to be removed from the mailing list. This will be effected as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours, or 3 days if over a weekend, and maximum a week. As a small business the Company appreciates your patience and we promise to respond as quickly as humanly possible.
Storing of billing details
The Company does not store any credit card information it may receive in regard to a specific transaction and/or billing arrangement except as necessary to complete and satisfy its rights and obligations with regard to such transaction, billing arrangement, and/or as otherwise authorized by a user.

The Company offers clear and direct opt-in forms which are GDPR compliant, using check boxes so you can clearly understand exactly what to expect when opting into a list, webinar or program.
This has always been the case for any paid online program on the membership portal you may have signed up for and will now also apply to free programs and products purchased or signed up for on the Site.
Informed Consent
You will not receive marketing information emails unless you have subscribed to the email marketing list. The only way to subscribe to the email database is to give your permission by ticking the check box when you sign up to the site.

Right to Access, Update, Remove Personal Data on Subscriber’s request

Cancel program subscription:
You always have the option to self-cancel your membership in the membership portal at any time, or request the Company do this for you. There are no refunds for any programs once purchased as stated on the terms and conditions of this Site.
Speedily Handle Data Requests
If you request your data or information be deleted, removed, or modified in some way, this will be done as soon as possible. This has always been the case, and is usually done within 24 hours, or 3 days if the request is received over a weekend. Please bear in mind that as a small business requests can occasionally take longer to action than if you are liaising with a larger company with more staff, but these requests will also be treated as a number one priority by the Company.
Using Data As Promised
Your data will never be shared with 3rd parties without your consent. This has always been the case and will continue to be so.
Data Retention
Your data will only be retained as long as needed to provide you with any services or products you have signed up for.
IMPORTANT: If you wish to remain subscribed as a member to a program, your name and email must stay in the system. However, you can unsubscribe from any program updates, announcements or enewsletters at any time, and still stay subscribed to a program. Unsubscribing from updates, announcements or enewsletters will not affect your program subscription but it will mean you no longer receive notifications and updates to programs you are subscribed to, which could mean you miss receiving important updates.
IMPORTANT: If you reside in the EU, and believe that we do not have the proper permission to continue to email you, please immediately UNSUBSCRIBE from your most recent email by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email, or email the Company and we will do it for you.
