There are so many different aspects of emotional mastery which we will cover, including why emotions exist, their purpose, different types of emotions (survival emotions, self-worth, composite emotions, wisdom emotions...)
You will discover how to use your three brains and two intelligences, and how to use these to tap into your intuition.
You will learn about the 5 elemental cycle of emotions and how this relates to your internal organs where emotions are generated, stored or trapped!
You will learn how to become emotionally aware, how to sense and recognize what you are feeling at any given moment and how to work within your 'window of tolerance'.
