Use this check list to determine if this training is right for you...

Often with personal development trainings, it can be hard to know if it's going to give you what you want. This is often because understanding what results an intangible' service will bring is different from knowing the benefits of a tangible product like a house, car or new TV. 

The bottom line with personal development work is that the transformation is internal, and makes you feel differently about yourself, believe and think differently about yourself, as well as act differently in the world. In turn this brings a new set of more positive opportunities and outcomes in your life.

The goal of personal development training is positive, lasting change, where you become a different person, and your life is upgraded to a new level.

One of the best ways to determine if a personal development service is right for you is to recognize:

Description of Levels of Training

EA1 - Foundation Level

6 Week Online Self-Paced Training

In this level you learn how emotions are created, why they are necessary, how to become more emotionally aware, the connection between stress and emotions, where inside your body emotions are generated and stored and much, much more. You will also take an assessment to discover which 'emotional needs' were missed in childhood.

Level 1 Foundation in Detail

In depth theory on emotional mastery including modules on:

  • Emotional intelligence - how to understand that all emotions have meaning and purpose, and how you have two intelligences and three brains inside of you. Emotional intelligence is learning how to access and use these multiple intelligences and brains. You will learn about 'survival' emotions and 'self-worth-emotions' and how to distinguish between 'real and false' emotions. You will learn how to access your intuition ('inner tutor') and how to start breaking down your 'heartwall', the protective layer of emotions which gets unconsciously built around your heart to protect from hurt.
  • Emotional awareness - how to become more aware of what you are feeling and get in touch with hidden emotions which are lurking inside creating unhappiness and dis-ease. Learn 'emotional sensing' so you can what you are feeling at any given moment. Emotional awareness is the first of the '5 steps of emotional awareness' because we can't change what we don't acknowledge or are unaware of. We also look at how stress unconsciously keeps you locked into the 'fight-flight-freeze' response, and how to start to change the 'habit' of stress. You can also take an assessment to check your levels of adrenal fatigue. Understand the body's natural 'stress-regeneration' cycle so you can understand how and when stress gets turned on and off, and the healing phase the body needs to go through after every stressful incident or phase in your life. Learn how to calm your chatterbox mind and switch on calm through guided visualization exercises. Learn how to 'breathe' properly to stay in touch with your body, calm the mind and increase emotional mindfulness.
  • Emotional meaning - how to interpret the meaning and messages in 'negative' emotions. Learn how there are no 'bad' feelings and that emotions are simply intelligent feedback from the body intelligence giving you vital information for your health and happiness. Learn the effects and consequences of toxic emotions on the body-mind, and increase your emotional vocabulary. Learn about the 'emotional law of precession' and the hidden gifts and lessons in life challenges.
  • Emotional needs - understand how the first few years of life unconsciously train you to feel and act the way you do. Learn how past traumas lead to ongoing unwanted situations such as relationship problems, career blocks, financial stress and health issues, and what is needed to reverse the problems audit to assess which needs were not met in childhood so that you can see 'it's not all in the mind' and there are identifiable reasons for your unhappiness, illness or current life challenges.
  • Multiple brain intelligence - learn how you have 3 distinct brains in your body and how each brain has a different job. Most people are only aware of and using one brain, which means they are missing 66% of their internal communication! You will also learn the '3 levels of communication' your body-mind uses to communicate its emotional needs with you.
  • Emotional types - there are many types of emotions including 'survival' emotions, self-worth emotions, 'primary' and 'secondary' emotions, 'real' and 'false' emotions. Learn to distinguish and identify what you are feeling so that you can make sense of what is happening and stop your feelings getting on top of you.
  • Emotional brain relays - learn how specific parts of the brain relate to different emotional 'conflict themes' and why nothing inside your body happens randomly
  • Emotional healing responses - understand why healing crises are part of the natural healing process, and learn not to navigate emotional roller-coasters and emotional healing responses

In this part of the training you move into the 'experiential hands-on' stage of learning simple, effective, safe strategies and techniques for clearing any uncomfortable emotions including anger, sadness, hurt, betrayal,  disappointment, anxiety,  depression, guilt, shame and more.
