Loneliness is something I have personally experienced through much of my life, which led me to delve deep into understanding 'what causes loneliness' (and it's more than people usually think) and most importantly, 'what can I do to make myself feel better'?

Loneliness is one of the most soul-crushing feelings we can experience - it leaves us wondering how we are going to carry on. 

The good news is, there ARE positive actions we can take to feel better immediately.

I am passionate about all things personal development, self-care and health.

As a result of my own clinical depression, chronic fatigue, and multiple other illnesses, I spent over 20 years searching for answers to being happier and healthier.

Unfortunately in our society there is very little emphasis in education on teaching people how to manage their feelings.

Over the years, as a result of the thousands of hours of training, and then self-application, I have learned how to manage and master negative emotions. I cannot tell you how FREEING this is!

There's nothing more EMPOWERING than being able to turn negative emotions around at the drop of a hat. With practice, and the right techniques, it IS possible. 

One of the BIGGEST secrets to emotional happiness is understanding that our NATURAL state is joy and peace. Our job then is to clear out what is preventing this! Our birthright is to feel and experience good health and happiness!
